- First point to avoid depression, fatigue and stress is deep breathing- inhaling plenty of air til your navel; keep it for a while till your breath allows and exhale slowly till the last point pressuring your navel.
- Meditation of half an hour is the most fruitful exercise that one can do to avoid depression, fatigue and stress with any other physical or mental problem. Chanting Mantras helps you meditate better.
-Walking in morning comes third as it pumps your hearts with fresh air to make your whole day refreshed.
- Fourth comes running which increases your stamina and helps to circulate blood properly in your veins.
- Fifth comes your push ups and other physical exercises which helps your muscles to shape and keeps tissues of your body open.
- Sixth but not the least is a good sleep which refresh yourself as nothing against.
Ask plenty of questions so to improve your health rather spending lots of money on doctors and hospitals.
